Minimise Loss
You should immediately take action to protect property from further damage but do not repair damage until instructed by our office or the Loss Adjusters. If you believe a loss or incident may result in a claim, report this to our office as soon as reasonably practical.

The first notification should be by telephone, fax, or email, please include the following information:-
  1. Brief description of the loss or incident
  2. Date and Time
  3. Estimated repair cost
  4. Location of Loss or incident
